This morning, you will be picked from your hotel in Kigali and transferred to Nyungwe by road (6hrs) with visits to the Royal Palace and National Museum en route (at Butare and Nyanza) Dinner and Overnight at Nyungwe Forest Lodge or Nyungwe Hilltop View Hotel

an early morning breakfast, and later proceed to Cyamudongo Forest for chimpanzee tracking. The forest is also good for bird watchers since it's a habitat for a quiet number of bird species. This morning, we will take forest hike into the Nyungwe forest where you will be able to see different tree species, bird species as well as enjoying the scenery of the surroundings.
